Luma Diamond Consultants (LDC) specializes in searching for and evaluating
exceptional quality gemstones and jewelry. Our technical expertise and industry
knowledge protect you from the confusion, stress, and overpricing most
consumers experience when purchasing diamonds and other precious gems. Think of
us as your personal gemologist. The key to our truly unique approach is two-fold. First, we work directly with a network of select diamond jewelers, importers, and craftsmen to identify the finest gemstones and create the pieces you desire. Culled from the most prestigious suppliers in the world, this network can offer our clients high quality pieces at prices significantly lower than those offered by traditional or web-based retailers. Second, our gemologists and consultants look beyond the four Cs to analyze stones’ key characteristics including depth and table percentages, crown angles, crown height, proportions, finish, and girdle thickness. This technically sophisticated process enables us to authenticate gems and determine their true quality and value, as well as verify the accuracy of grading reports (certificates) issued by gemological labs.
